available They broke in the first week. I love Sony and all of their products, but the wires on these headphones aren't very strong. The older version of these headphones had wide wires and were much better at withstanding abuse from teenagers. I wouldn't buy them again just because the cables don't connect to the sound or any other part of this product. So I went back and found an older version of this and bought two. If you're not good with your electronics, this will likely work for you.
