Poorly packaged, arrived damaged. Bad finish.
Doesn't seem like they supplied much inner packaging and apparently all the finished pieces of wood were scratched around other equipment AND equipment that came out of the box because those were bruised too. As a result, all the screws could damage poorly finished wooden parts.
