I like how easy it was for me (a non IT person)to set everything up. It's also very intuitive which made training my staff much easier than other vendors we had used in the past. The support team has been fantastic as well! Nothing at this point. We are still finalizing some of our processes but so far no issues with smart gdpr or their customer service department. Have them onboard your team early - they will help you get setup quickly since there isn't too many things that need configuring manually once all fields have already been filled out correctly by another member of the organization who uses smart GPDR daily.
