As a professional chocolatier, I`ve tried many pitchers over the years but this one stands out for its quality and durability. My analysis of this product showed that it's made of high-quality aluminum that ensures even heating, resulting in perfectly melted chocolate .It's also easy to clean and holds a good amount of chocolate for large batches. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a lid, but that's easily remedied with a piece of foil. Overall, I highly recommend this pitcher for anyone in the food service industry..
