I'm an IT consultant and technician assembling media centers and custom computers with over 25 years of technology experience. I say this to let everyone know that I've used a lot of devices and overall this is a pretty solid keyboard. However, after my last review, a company representative contacted me and wanted to send me another keyboard to test. They ended up sending me the same one I bought. I emailed him back and informed him. He wanted to send it to me immediately and apologized for the mistake. The keyboard I got this time is great and much more in line with what it's used for. This guy really did everything to make me a happy customer in the end. Let's get back to the keyboard at hand. This is a normal small keyboard. I changed this rating to four stars only because the customer service from this company was absolutely wonderful. I originally gave a bad review because I'm not a fan of the keyboard, but not because it's a bad keyboard, I just need a backlit one. I build quite a few media centers that require this little keyboard as a remote control. I make sure to use this AND the new keyboard for the options I give my clients in their builds. I'll have to see what other types of keyboards/controls they offer as well, I look forward to continuing to work with them!
