Full disclosure: I was given a hammock and asked to review it, with the understanding that I would give my honest review.I've spent the last couple months packing this hammock into the backcountry and have been very pleased with it's weight, packability and comfort. There are bulkier, heavier options out there that might edge it out in terms of comfort, but this is a very competitive option for it's weight and price.Made of lightweight parachute material, it's light and breaths well. If I have one complaint, it's with the instructions. For the most part they're straight forward and easy to follow. The one exception is the instructions for tying a specific knot for shorter distances between trees. I've learned to tie my own knot rather than get theirs to work. With a 500 lb weight rating (hammock and straps not trees) it's sturdy enough for pretty much everybody. In all it's been a very enjoyable addition to my pack.
