Nightmarish quality and complete inconsistency with the description.

I am in my 70s and recently purchased what is being called a "almost flagship smartphone." Galaxy S20FE from Samsung. They convinced me at the salon, and I trusted them when they said the phone was from Certify, so I agreed to pay the asking price of $49,000. They also claimed, "it takes communication lot better than my previous Samsung 2022, it handles everything better." I agreed to pay for the anti-virus software and the configuration fees. I was there for more than three hours. I complained that it was too hot to touch, but I was reassured that it was merely under a heavy load. When I got home, I noticed that the phone's interface had changed on its own; it had gone from two hours to one. I was also surprised to find that, despite being in my pocket, the phone was still quite warm. We tried calling for the first time and got a busy signal. One cannot find any partitions "on the steps." At my previous job, I had one that always displayed something. Despite many tries, I was never able to contact Amazon in order to receive the application's unique code. I made many attempts to send a message, but the keyboard kept making mistakes. In addition, you need to tap the symbol twice before the corresponding app will launch. When compared to my old Samsung G570F, swiping into an already open app is faster. However, tapping to close apps is much simpler and does not require me to tap twice. Oh, and this is sold to us as a "ultra sensitive amolet"?! I removed the SIM cards and avoided using the phone's other features, such as the camera, as much as possible. BUT! Even after being placed on a cold surface and left without a SIM CARD, the phone retains its heat. Even merely sleeping down for 1.5 hours without using a SIM card reduced charging from 73% to 58%. I tried the sims in my old phone, and immediately received ten texts. I seem to have been sold a bad copy.

Pros
  • Design and hue of the display
Cons
  • Keyboard has typos, icons require repeated pressing, device gets really hot and refuses to cool down. My battery life dropped from 73 percent to 58 percent in an hour and a half while lying on the table, and it did not even get cold! This was without using any SIM cards.
