The costumer support team was excellent! They always responded quickly when I contacted them via phone or email about issues that arose during our collaboration process/project execution period - it felt like they were "on call" 24x7!! It would have been great if we had more frequent meetings so there could be some face time between me being located overseas but still trying my best for us all work together seamlessly around various projects at different timeslots within their offices etc., The process was very smooth from start till end! They helped me get my LLC registered for $1k which I couldn't have done myself because it's not something that can be handled online or over phone alone without proper guidance/assistance!!
