First let me say that I have owned one of these monitors before and was in awe of them. Sharp contrast, crisp colors and a perfect curve that make the monitor immersive without feeling uncomfortable. So I wanted 3, not just one, so I went with Revain. DealParade had the item and I placed my order but something went wrong in stock and I received a correct monitor and a different model that was so different that it didn't work. However, DealParade was quick to help by sending me a return label within hours and then leaving the correct monitor overnight once they received confirmation that I had sent the return to UPS. Now, despite the error, I only have both monitors a day after the original shipping estimate and am very satisfied! Thank you DealParade for great customer service!
