I bought this model primarily to steam calluses from my feet (I use either tea tree oil salts or vinegar and water). Overall I like the design, especially the ability to easily remove it from the sink and spout to drain the water as I damaged another unit when pouring water. It heats up quickly and keeps the heat for a long time. Other comfort ratings are correct. Even when sitting up, the massage rollers hurt my legs when not in use and I don't find them particularly helpful to us as I'm in bed most of the time. If you're like me and want to soothe your legs first, then I recommend getting a device that doesn't have massage rollers.
