I'm very picky about my pillows. I'm pretty good with the type of material when the pillow is thin (2-3 inches). Lately I've become very interested in latex as it's natural and supportive (soft). the most comfortable pillow i have ever had. It lifted my head a bit, giving me support but also keeping my spine straight. If like me you sleep on your side and back and prefer to keep your spine straight rather than flexing your neck all night, this pillow is amazing. Seriously, that's the most comfortable, ideal height for me. I notice a lot less neck pain after using this.
