Overall I like the extra light they put out using a lot less power than my last bathroom light. For about six bulbs of 9 watts each, or just 54 watts, I get about 200 watts of light. Very bright and high quality lamp for a small bathroom. Please note that you may not be able to use the full light spectrum with an older design dimmer. As for LED dimmers, I like Leviton's "Trimatron" rotary dimmer, which is easy to install and works with all types of LED bulbs. Do not buy a Lutron single pole dimmer as it is more difficult to install and will not work with some LED lights. There is no point in installing one of these, as I did recently, only to find that your LED bulbs that you have already bought for are not compatible.
