I use it (three drops) in some water to prevent allergies around the eyes. A doctor suggested this many years ago when he realized I had allergies and the skin around my eyes was peeling. It works very well, strange as it may sound. Simply dip the tip of aq in soapy water and shampoo and wipe your eyelids.
