Review on EBags Professional 🎒 Junior Laptop Backpack Limited Edition by Kimberly Bourque

Check the dates of reviews because the bag has changed only in recent months. I bought this in December and loved all the features - unfortunately it had a broken zipper so I wanted to return it and order a new one. I ordered a replacement and received a simplified version of the original. If I didn't know better, I'd say it's fake. Gone is the storage pouch that protected the chargers and other items in the bottom compartment. It also added rigidity to the bag. Now it's just a thin branch. Gone is the full aisle of carrying luggage. Now only the bottom part has a passage and you need to use a strap to secure the top half of the bag. Gone are the detachable straps for alternate positioning - now they're sewn on and secured. The pads on the back are now square and no longer ergonomic. They're not even symmetrical! (See photo) The quality of the stitches and seams also seems to have declined. I'm very disappointed in E-bag's decision to make the bag so cheap - (but keep the price). The original was great. This new version - not so much. Two stars for ruining a good product.
