I ordered these shoes for my daughter and scaled them down a bit as recommended by other reviewers and I'm glad I did. They suit her perfectly. The 4WD option is great and keeps shoes secure. However, the first day my daughter put them on, she ran over one of my dogs and casually set up trash cans. The poo came off the boot fairly easily, but the smell lingered after the boot was hosed off and dried. I think about the strange combination of the material they are made of and the toxicity of my dogs. I soaked them in a mixture of bleach, hot water, and dish soap for a while, then gave them a good scrub again and that seemed to get rid of the odor without scratching the design. 10/10
