I don't know why wrinkles appear on my sides after wearing it for about 20 hours, but they leave a red mark almost like a bruise after wearing it for a long time. The board itself is perfect for extra compression under my fudge, just what I needed, it really helps with the swelling and shaping of my tummy after a tummy tuck.
