My photo is 5ft 4in, 158lbs and I have fuller hips. I chose S/M based on the reviews and I'm so glad I did! It fits perfectly. I could easily weigh 20 pounds more and it would still fit. This case is great! I have ordered 3 different ones for our upcoming holiday and if I could only pick one it would be this one. I was concerned about the transparency factor, but to be honest it's the perfect amount. It's light and so comfortable!
