This is a fabulous flashlight. It is easy to use, has some nice features and a very handy tripod that I can leave on the flashlight so it can be aimed without having to hold it. I like the levels of brightness and also the "work-light feature". As I was checking out all the features and options I observed an emergency mode which alternates flashing BLUE AND RED lights. I was concerned as I wondered if this is OK. It seems using RED and BLUE lights is NOT LAWFUL in every state so check your local laws. This DOES NOT make me like this unit less. I LOVE it and plan to buy another. You can use these modes on private property just NOT on any public roadway. If the manufacturer could eliminate that feature I would give this product a perfect review. It is my favorite light to date. A PERFECT SEARCHLIGHT !
