The ducks were packed in a box that was too small for everything so about half the ducks were crushed and couldn't change their appearance. You must also wear hats and goggles on the duck. There are no instructions, no glue or other fasteners. The glasses fit well but the hats are too small to fit on a duck head. After trying to stretch one, I was able to put it on my head, but it immediately falls off when you let go of it. I need this for an event so I might try super glue or something and see if I can get the hats on but it looks like it's just glasses.
