I use this product for my site Venous catheter. I love to take a shower and the place must be dry. I've tried to keep it dry with tattoo protector but it fits very well unless I'm covering a large area. Since I switched to this I've been using extra clear medical grade tape to mask the edges, it works really well to keep my seat dry while showering. It's a bit expensive because I have to change my clothes every day for dialysis, but it works. I don't use it for absorbency so I don't know how the foam works.
