This cat tower was easy to put together. It took about 40-45 minutes to put everything together. All parts are labeled and devices are group-labeled and packaged. The fabric is soft and fluffy, does not pill. Some of the stitching is quite noticeable. Some show glue while others show staples. This works quite well for a cat play tower. It wobbles a bit but not so much that cats are afraid to play on it and I'm not afraid of it tipping over. We had to tighten some of the bars as they rotate and loosen as the cats run and jump on them. They didn't use any of the scratching posts. In general the cats love it and love the closets and rest areas. It held up well to the kitten's claws.
