I was very happy about this chair. It's a good chair but it has stains that won't come out and the cushion is rock hard and very uncomfortable. The chair was very easy to assemble, did it in 5 minutes, the cushion is another story. You will receive a cover and a molded insert. It took me a long time to put it in the case, but then it wouldn't zip up. I had to detach and trim it to fit and close. Now, after all the struggle with the pillow, it's too thick and hard, so it's uncomfortable to sit on the chair. I ordered a foam cushion for the cover which is not as firm and hopefully the chair will be more comfortable in it. I would have sent it back but by the time I realized the stains couldn't be removed and the pillow cut off it was too late. I changed the pillow and threw the box for recycling.
