Terrible product! I received the item and when I assembled it and decided to print it, it doesn't work. Just turn it on and heat up, then the screen freezes and doesn't let you do anything. The only way to prevent the filament from melting is to unpack the unit and when I contacted Amazon where I bought the item they said I needed to look into my issue and pay to have it sent to them mail, and if further verification is required I would have to pay to send it to schzwen china to the company's house, so it looks like I have a very expensive $600.00 newspaper
