Very easy to use. I didn't see the manual in English, but I didn't really look for it either because I already read the reviews on how to use the product. I just tried on my first pair of gloves. My hands are smaller than average so the glove was a little big, for me there was a lot of extra length in the fingertips. Most of the liquid in the gloves is in the palm area of the glove, so next time I might try to disperse the liquid a bit before putting the gloves on. The gloves automatically begin to warm up with your body heat held in 2 layers. I left the gloves on for about 20 minutes. The hands have become a little lighter and silky soft. The only issue I had again was the size of the glove was larger than my hand. Even though I tried to wrap the glove tightly, there were still air pockets where the glove wasn't touching my skin. This wasn't a big problem though, I just kept massaging the air trapped areas so the liquid touched my skin. The glove is touch-friendly if you want to play on your phone, but again the gloves were too big for my hands so I used a stylus for accuracy.
