We had to turn the system on by sending 24 volt signal power from this unit through our occupancy sensors and 24 volt back to this unit when the room was occupied to control and turn on the hot power leg previously powered by our light switch with Power was being supplied...when he inserted a hot twig into the lighting circuit. This device fits perfectly.
