I needed a rhinestone bracelet for a formal event. I read many reviews before buying and some people said the bracelet is cheap but I decided to take a chance. Well, those reviewers were right. Shine was, but the quality is poor. Also, the bracelet stuck to the dress so much that I took it off. Disappointing.
