Ok I like my laptop. This is a decent article HOWEVER there are some Windows compatibility issues as the battery is permanently sealed INSIDE the device. Therefore any online support was useless. I contacted Avita support and they had the nerve to tell me to send it to them and they will send me a REPAIR unit. Um hello unpaid for a NEW block. So, how am I supposed to keep the device connected to the network all the time while using it, otherwise it turns off because it doesn't detect the battery. And even worse? In this Covid situation it's almost impossible to find an open computer shop that could take it for repairs which I would have to pay extra for. To be honest. I feel like I should get a partial refund for the device. Other than that, this is a decent laptop.
