Won't buy again without noise canceling

The headphone is normal and comfortable but when I use it people keep telling me they can hear everything in my background and they can't hear me even if I turn it on volume and it's loud in my uh but the battery life is great the only problem is there is no noise cancellation and the sound quality is good on your end but not on the person you are calling and unfortunately it only listens after a month to function .
