Nice chairs! in furniture

These are fantastic chairs! I have a small kitchen table that came with the kit. The chairs supplied looked very cheap and one even broke. I didn't want to buy a brand new set and even if I did most of the smaller ones in my price range come with very cheap chairs. This is the kitchen and I have kids so we hang our coats on chairs, we hang our bags and backpacks on the seat backs, we spray paint on them etc so there's no point in spending a fortune on that. However, I wanted them to LOOK pretty and still use them as we give them. I didn't want to spend a lot of money either, so if someone gets a scratch or something, it doesn't mean I spent a whole paycheck to replace it. They are beautiful. The backrests are higher than many dining chairs, making them ideal for sitting. They don't have an open back so you need two hands to move them, but that's the design I went with and not a downside to the chair. Tufted buttons make them more expensive than a plain design. They are not stable under the seat which makes it very comfortable to sit on (even for my husband who is over 200lbs and 6ft tall). do with chairs. I know I shouldn't be doing it.) I bought a folding ladder so I wouldn't be tempted to do it to get to my tall cabinets. One of my legs was imperfect so I emailed the seller and they immediately sent me a new one. I don't know if it was the shipping or something else (although they were packaged very well) but the customer service was excellent! I was worried that I might have to return them and buy them again, but no. They were great and I received the leg in the mail a few days later. It only took you a few minutes to put it together, sometimes assembling mail order furniture can be scary. I had no problems with bumps. The instructions say don't tighten everything at once and "lower" them a bit to even out everything I did. It didn't seem to do anything since it was such a small drop, but it must have worked because mine are very consistent and don't wobble. In general, I like them very much. I can see my desk as soon as I walk out the back door and I used to get annoyed with the look of my old chairs. Now, as soon as I enter, my kitchen looks more pleasant and refined. I had to abandon my very small wooden table that was difficult to access but do a more modern update with chairs. Even my mom (who never seems to notice) immediately noticed how cute they are.

Pros
  • fingers crossed
Cons
  • sad packaging
