So annoying! in storage and organization

Literally every time I open the cutlery drawer this thing wobbles. It never stays open to drawer width. JE! If you have a narrow drawer and this insert stays in its smallest, closed state, then you're fine. But what if, like me, you have a really wide drawer and you're hoping to accommodate it with this adjustable insert? Well, maybe you have more patience than me. I hate this business! So why 2 stars at all? That is beautiful. I like the looks. I like the idea. i hate execution If you have a narrow box, I think you will like it.
