After I had to readjust and clean the print head twice, the first ink cartridge printed normally. However when I put in the second cartridge the printer would not register the cartridge even though I took it out, cleaned the nozzle, put it back in, reconfigured and all that. I thought only one black cartridge was defective, but it turned out that the third black cartridge and one of the color cartridges had the same problem. I don't think I will buy again. The money you save on used cartridges isn't worth the frustration of trying to get them working only to find out they don't work :/ Two stars for fast shipping and a cartridge that actually worked .
