Expected more: cotton balls and swabs
First, I should have paid more attention to the sides of the applicator. They're both sharp. I'm used to one side being pointed and the other flat and rounded. Second, they are not very durable. I used a cotton tip and it's completely concave on me. Good for general cleaning but I wouldn't use it for precision work. Finally, the rod is not very strong. It flexes easily, which goes back to point 2 - not good for precision work.
