I use them for the call center. The headphones are comfortable enough, although I sometimes struggle to get them on my head properly. The top puts a little pressure on my head. The sound isn't always great. Sometimes I have an echo, and sometimes it's sparkling. At first I could hear my own voice in the headphones, but after a few days I couldn't hear my own voice anymore. All in all, these are adequate headphones and work well enough.
