The folding points are carefully crafted so you don't have to worry about accidentally breaking them. Comfort level 7/10. After 2 hours of wearing this item my ears/head area really hurt but it wasn't a stabbing pain. just an obvious discomfort, but I still wanted to take it off for a while. Bluetooth connects very quickly, which I like. other writings say at least 2 sentences before getting to the point. This connects in seconds and is much faster in comparison. Noise cancellation 9/10. a little noise from outside can still be heard (whether there's music in your headset or not), but it cancels it out enough that you'll absolutely have to move the earcups away from either ear to hear what's being said, even on speakerphone. I use this on coaches and it blocks outside noise so well. Bass 6/10. There's nothing charming about it, but the crisp sound quality makes up for it. I never had connection issues after connecting it to my phone, bluetooth.oh and battery life. 100/10. Yes. one hundred. I used this headset for several hours on a trip and at the end of the trip when I checked its condition it was still running at 100% battery. couldn't believe it. I love that I didn't have to worry about his death.
