I like that it can be used in any type of project (DevOps or not) with different types of technologies (AWS or Cloudbees). It's easy enough so one does not have much knowledge to use this platform without help from experts. The documentation could improve more but at least they are improving them constantly. We didn't found anything we disliked about dexcon bpm. Maybe because our team had no problems yet using the product. But my guess would say there might be something if you look hard around. At first sight everything looks fine when working during development phase but then once deployed things get messy sometimes really easily by users who don´t know what has been done before deploying new versions/deployments etc...
