A while back I received Impulse Electronic Muscle Stimulation only during my visit to the chiropractor for severe chronic back and neck pain after a car accident. While chiropractic adjustments help correct my posture and reduce pain over time, electrical pulse stimulation always provides immediate pain relief. Chiropractic office visits really add up. When I heard that such a machine for home use existed, I immediately started looking. I chose this product because it costs about 30% less than comparable products. After almost 5 weeks of use, I am impressed with how well this device is relieving my back and neck muscle pain. I put gel pads on different muscles and it is very effective. I recently went skiing and used this device to improve circulation in my lower legs and prevent cramps. This machine works well and is competitively priced. The text on the display could be made larger for readability, and the instructions could be written in a separate section. Minor details not clearly stated in the manual when you connect the cables if you look at the picture the power supply goes on the left side and the white gel pad cores on the right side of the machine. Also, the neuropathy in my legs seems to have relaxed, I've had nerve decompression surgery in the past with some relief. This device has enabled me to sleep without pain or tingling in my legs for the last 2 nights. Great product, will continue to use as directed to see how much better I feel.
