I received this watch and it was not showing the correct time. The second hand was moving too fast, forcing me to keep resetting the watch. So after just a few hours I contact Charles-Hubert directly to have the problem fixed as the watch is under warranty. I was told that if I pay to have them shipped to their facility they will fix it and ship it back to me at no extra charge. So I sent her back to them. About 2 weeks later I received the watch and was told they were NOT working to fix it as they saw nothing wrong with it. I took her word for it and decided it was my fault. Well, that was my second mistake. The first was buying this watch. The watch started to jam as soon as the hour hand reached 7. So I contacted them again and this time they said they would replace all my watches and send me new ones. I still had to pay shipping. So for tracking purposes - I don't get $50 shipping for a $100 watch. This time 3 weeks passed, and when they sent me the exact same watch. The 'discontinued' stated that the tube was replaced within hours. Which I discovered the next morning, which they didn't when he was stuck again at 7am.I wanted to give him the bonus of faith again - hoping they fixed it and instead the clock had just expired. However, the same - at 7 o'clock it got stuck again. I have contacted the company to request a replacement - DAYS AGO - no response. This watch doesn't work and now I can't even return it to Revain because it's past the return date. DO NOT BUY THIS HUM.
