I researched products and reviews to buy brand name replacement tips after reading that other branded tips have various problems including breaking expensive toothbrushes. I also did a lot of shopping and landed on a good deal from the UK, although I had to wait a bit. Of course, despite the fact that they're branded and look like the real thing, the brush action doesn't seem to be the same as the originals. And indeed, after a few weeks, my teeth became yellow and flaky. So I don't know what the problem is, but they don't work like the originals.
