I installed a replacement cartridge on April 27, 2021. On May 24th, 2021 my printer no longer recognized the cartridge. He realized it was full but didn't realize it contained a cartridge. I've tried resetting the counter by turning off the printer, but to no avail. I had to put in a new cartridge before I could print. The return deadline is May 20th, so I'm stuck with a cartridge that doesn't work. I'm still waiting how to fix this problem.
