I received a used watch, defective, dirty and without a product tag

Firstly, there was no product sticker, secondly, the product was dirty and obviously used, thirdly, the watch is non-functional and defective. I cannot imagine how an item can be taken out of its original packaging and replaced with a used watch. When I opened the box I noticed this because it had no label and looked dirty and used.
