Like a fancier one-off version of these beautiful hospital mesh underwear. The plus size fitted me well starting at 5ft 7" about a week after giving birth and I delivered at 171. I'm still wearing them 4 weeks later (now 150 still fits) because regular underwear ends up too close to my cut, to be comfortable. They provide good compression and help hide the odd swelling that occurs over the incision after surgery.
