Wrong parts are missing

When I first received the box, there were no instructions inside. The opening of the box is quite long and is only held together with a small piece of tape. I requested new tips and they got here in almost 2 months (conveniently outside the return window). And they're not the right size. (Picture) The gold bits must touch, but cannot because the socket on the tip is too wide for the socket on the cable. Pay attention to the gap between the parts of the connector that are on the nest wall. TLDR: If you're missing parts, just send them back, don't ask for new parts.
