Not just for the pool or beach. We decorated our 2 year old's playroom with a Star Wars theme and it's a great addition. My son is at a point where he wants to give it all up so these balls are a great way for him to let off some of that energy. He can throw them, kick them and throw them off the walls and off our heads as many times as he wants and it doesn't hurt. Sounds crazy, but it should be fun for everyone. He and dad love to go crazy over them and our son just laughs and laughs. They stay in the playroom so nothing gets spoiled. Remove the hard toy when the child throws it and show them these balls instead.
