Poorly made, uses too much water
We installed it in the shower and ran it for about a week before replacing it with a different showerhead. It uses a ton of water! Normally we don't have a problem with not having hot water in the hot water tank, but when a person uses it, cold water flows into all other bathrooms. The outstretched hand is also very weak, we kept tightening it, but it still fell off. We were a bit concerned that the real shower head would fall off and cut someone's head as the edges are sharp and the head is heavy.
