I have a love-hate relationship with these things. I've been wearing them for many months, maybe even a year and I even have two pairs of them. The good news is that they work exactly as advertised and fix almost all of my wrist problems that come with doing a lot of computer work and gaming. It really looks like magic and madness. I have no idea about magic copper or anything, I don't care, they WORK and that's all that matters to me. So the bad news is that my body has learned to rely on them too much. I wear them about 80% of the day and the other 20% I definitely feel the difference and my hands and wrists seem quite fragile. I took them off to print this review and I'm down to a heel and they're starting to hurt. Now I'm not sure if that shows how bad my wrists really are or if they now depend on these things, but it's kind of annoying. I have been working 5 days a week for 9 months. strengthening them too, so that doesn't mean I'm letting them wither away or anything. So I'm not sure if that's really a problem or to be honest, but it means I just wear these things all the time now. At least they don't look stupid, they actually look cool, so here's the thing. Overall I would definitely recommend them, just be aware that you can become addicted to them.
