This product is a game changer. Fully. Effaclar Treatment Cleansing Gel has helped me deal with adult cystic acne better than any other product I have tried on the market. As you can see from the photo I've been using Effaclar for about a year now and it remains effective. I no longer find any painful cysts in the chin and jaw area. At first I thought it was a novel new product that my skin wasn't used to yet, as has been the case with everything else I've tried. But a year later I still have no acne. I just use a small amount each night before bed, rub it in gently with my fingertips for a minute or two and rinse off with warm water, then pat dry with a clean rag. After a day I finish with a mild vitamin C night cream as Effaclar tends to dry out the skin and can make it feel tight. Doctor but I really feel like my cystic acne is cured. Every other product works for small pimples and blemishes, but before Effaclar I've never found one that really works for cysts. If you suffer from cystic acne, stop suffering! My only regret is that storing it on its side is better than lid down as the gel tends to leak out of the tube when you open it after standing upright all the time. Day. That's literally the only problem.
