It's a bit tricky, when I first ordered this I had a surface pro 4 and while charging with this cable the touchscreen wasn't fully responsive. The company that sent me this device contacted me to ask if I liked this product and when I explained the situation, they immediately sent me a new charger. During that time I upgraded from a Surface Pro 4 to a Surface Pro 6, the Surface Pro 6 doesn't seem to have the touchscreen responsiveness issues that the Surface Pro 4 did. I can't tell if it's a charger or a move was about to get a new computer but despite that I'm happy with my purchase, charging is fast and the cable connections seem solid.
