Review on Klara Cosmetics Eyeshadow Shanghai Sparkling by Kristina Soucy

I have NEVER parted with palettes but I have given this one and the one in Ibiza to my daughter after 3 attempts to use it. I've just noticed for myself that the color in the pan doesn't reflect on the eyes, much lighter on the eyes and not very easy to build up. The shimmers are great and I considered keeping them for that reason, but decided the matte shades disappointed me after spending the amount I had spent on both palettes in such a way that I would rather not go back would see.
