Review on Klipsch IMAGE S4 In-Ear Enhanced 🎧 Bass Noise-Isolating Headphones - White (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Tamanika Evans

I've only had issues with these headphones and now the company itself. My first pair broke (both sides shorted) after very little use. Klipsch replaced them twice under warranty and told me I didn't have to ship a broken pair. Neither pair of spares lasted more than 3 uses before shorting out (and I was very careful with them). I got so angry with the third pair that I threw them in the trash where they belong. I have never complained about these headphones because Klipsch had good customer service. This is no longer the case. I contacted klipsch about a 3rd pair and was told I must now return them to get a replacement (usually a reasonable guideline but not after they have relied on me not to return them). They accused me of not knowing how to use headphones and now they don't even reply to my correspondence. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THESE EARPHONES!
