The Brass Tacks Leathercraft Reversible Waist Belt is available in two sizes, one is 110 cm or 43.3 inches long and the other is 49.3 inches long. Most belts are not regular sizes. The 100cm belt is designed for a waist of 40 inches or less, and the belt can be adjusted (cut) to fit. For a waist measurement of 41-46 inches, you will need a larger size. Again, it can be cut to your custom size. The belt buckle is reversible and detachable. You can flip it by gently pulling on the front of the buckle and twisting it. The belt is securely fixed on the buckle. There are no instructions and it can be a little tricky to figure out how to remove the buckle to cut the strap. Pull on the tip of the buckle and twist it halfway. You can then use a small screwdriver to pry up the strap lever that secures the strap to the buckle. You can then remove and trim the strap. When cutting, follow the carpenter's rule: measure twice and cut once. There are 5 strap holes and they start 4 inches from the top of the strap. The holes are 1 inch apart. I would suggest that you cut the belt slightly wider than you intend to wear it. You can always shorten it. After trimming, it is impossible to lengthen the belt. It is black on one side and dark brown on the other. Its width is 1.25 inches. Metallic gray buckle. The belt and buckle are slightly larger than what I would call a dress belt. This is of course a matter of taste and taste. The skin is soft and supple. It seems well done. The black side features the Brass Tacks logo and more prominent stitching. I think the black side will get the most use. It comes in a very nice brown presentation box - 5.375 inches square and 2.125 inches deep with the Brass Tacks logo in white letters on the top.
